$40 Million Settlement for Kansas City Life Insurance Policyholders
A $40 million settlement has been reached on behalf of Kansas City Life Insurance Co. policyholders, the result of extensive efforts by Schirger Feierabend LLC in lawsuits from coast to coast alleging cost-of-insurance overcharges on the part of Kansas City Life Insurance Company for certain universal life and variable universal life insurance policies .
