Jury Awards $28.4 Million to Kansas City Life Policyholders

A unanimous jury in Jackson County, Missouri awarded $28.4 million to a class of Missouri owners of universal life insurance products. This is one of five similar state-wide class actions being prosecuted by Schirger Feierabend LLC.
